COLORING AND CONVERSATION! CALMING ? CREATING ? CONVERSING Adults, come visit with friends and fellow community members while coloring! Once regarded as only a kid?s activity, this calming session is a great way for adults to de-stress and utilize some creative energy. Coloring has been shown to lower blood pressure and focus the mind! We?ll take care of the materials?all you have to do is show up! For ages 18+. May 12, 2016 1:00-2:00 pm
