The National Kidney Foundation of MI is bringing a Diabetes Prevention Program to the Hudsonville community. The program encourages modest, lifestyle changes that prevent Type 2 Diabetes. Come to the non-binding informational session on June 20th to learn more!

My Choice...My Health Diabetes Prevention Program is covered by many insurances. If insurance does not cover it, we will not turn anyone away if they cannot afford the class.
