Event Description:
Our Pilates Plus classes focus on building core, stretching, strengthening and toning the muscles of the body. Benefits include improved core strength, posture, flexibility and a deep sense of well-being. Classes are open to all levels including beginners. Wednesdays at 5:30 pm. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a yoga or exercise mat, towel, and water bottle. Class runs from Sept. 5- Dec. 19 and the first class is free. Thereafter classes are $3 for drop in or $2.50 each if you pay ahead of time for all 15 sessions for a total of $37.50.
