MEAL: Managing Change
Organizations need to go through changes, major and minor, as they grow, adapt, or transform themselves, and managing these changes is critical to their success. In this session, we will discuss key activities in the planning, preparation, and implementation phases of a change initiative. Topics in this discussion will include stakeholder identification, communication planning, and execution strategies, as well as the roles emotion and logic play in the eventual outcome.
