MEAL with AG Collaborative
Join us for an interactive exploration of trust with Abbey Johnston and Greg Mutch of AG Collaborative, a leadership development firm in Michigan that creates transformation within the inner landscape of leaders for the most stable, ongoing, measurable results – for people, teams, and profits. High-functioning teams all have one thing in common – high levels of trust. Since believing trust is important is not the same as building it on purpose, this experience will move trust to center stage to address what trust is, why trust matters, and how to build trust in your team.
A little about our speakers:
Abbey Johnston is the A of AG Collaborative - a leadership and people development company she co-founded in 2018. AG Collaborative believes that every organization’s greatest strength and competitive edge lies within its people. Abbey is a believer that leadership is not about position, it is about posture - a choiceful way of being in the world.
Greg is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and leadership guru. In 2019, he got to slap hands with Brené Brown while becoming a Certified Dare To Lead™ Facilitator and since has co-led over 250 brave + courageous leaders through the course.
