MEAL with Enid Gaddis | Creating Inclusion Through Psychological Safety
This presentation will explore how psychological safety helps to foster an inclusive workplace culture and promote improved: employee engagement, performance, creativity, and innovation. The presentation will also highlight specific leadership behaviors that promote psychological safety.
A little bit about our speaker:
Enid currently serves as Director of Equity and Inclusion at Arbor Circle. She has also served in various clinical roles during her 17+ years with Arbor Circle primarily serving children, adults, and families in community based settings. Enid received her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University and her master's degree in Counseling from Spring Arbor University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Michigan and a Certified Diversity Professional. Prior to joining Arbor Circle, Enid worked in the HR Field for 10+ years.
