In celebration of the agricultural history of Hudsonville, Jensen Jewelers, the City of Hudsonville and the Hudsonville Area Chamber of Commerce are teaming up to launch a new summer festival entitled the Saladbowl Bash.
The main attraction will be a world record attempt at the longest continuous salad bar with a salad bar 680 feet in length, including much of the delicious produce grown right here in Hudsonville!
The salad will include red and green leaf lettuce, romaine lettuce, green and red cabbage, celery, onion, carrots, peppers, cucumbers, zucchini, and radishes! Dressing options will include Ranch, Honey Dijon, Balsamic Vinaigrette, and Fuji Apple. All of the produce is locally grown by West Michigan farmers and the salad dressing is provided by Litehouse Foods and is manufactured right here in West Michigan as well!
