Propelling Performance in the 2025 Workplace
In today’s fast-paced workplace, performance management is more than just an annual review—it’s a continuous cycle of goal setting, coaching, feedback, and recognition that drives both individual and organizational success. Research has consistently shown that well-structured performance management systems are vital for high-performing organizations. As we move into 2025, companies must redefine their approach to performance management to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
This session equips leaders with the skills to build effective performance management systems that drive organizational success. We’ll cover goal setting, check-ins, annual reviews, and rewards while emphasizing the critical role of coaching and communication in engagement, outcomes, and legal protection. By the end, you’ll be ready to design and implement a performance management strategy that aligns with your organization’s goals and fosters success in 2025.
Key Learning Objectives:
- Define Performance Management – Understand what performance management is, why it is essential to organizational success, and how it aligns with business goals.
- Design an Effective Performance Management System – Learn how to align employees with the right roles by focusing on the right people, right seats, and future seat planning to drive organizational growth.
- Deliver Performance Management Successfully – Explore best practices for leader training, talent calibration, accountability, and recognition to foster a high-performance culture.
