MEAL with Jay Groth | Employee Retention

Learn from Jay Groth about empolyee retention over lunch. 

The average cost to replace an employee is equivalent to about 6-9 months of their wages (some report 30%-200%, up from 30-120% pre-COVID). In this guided session, we'll workshop some strategies for Employee Retention, looking at your yourself (what’s keeping you in your role?) and your current key employees. Attendees will leave with tools and strategies they can take back to their organizations and teams.
