A little bit about our speaker: 

• Kurt is a West Michigan native who graduated from Grand Valley State University with a B.A. and M.B.A.
• His Current Position: HR Executive at HR Solutions Group since November 2018
• His Previous Position: 23 years with Gentex Corporation in which the last four years served as the VP of HR. 
• Board Memberships:
  • Current: Ottawa County Compensation Commission and the Boys and Girls Club of Holland, MI, and Executive Team Board Member at the Spectrum Health Zeeland Community Hospital.
  • Previous: Board Member for Good Samaritan Ministries, Calvary Church, West Michigan Workplace Chaplaincy, and was the Chair of the West Coast Chamber of Commerce.
• Kurt brings global best practices and extensive HR knowledge to a vast variety of industries including for-profit, non-profits, social services, and healthcare organizations.
