About Quadrum Coffee

"Quadrum Coffee is a family business focused on our love of coffee, and everything it represents in our life. So, it only makes sense to have a name that merges the two together. The “Quad” represents our four family members, Dan, Darcy, Quinn and Norah Fritsch.

The second half of our name represents the equipment used to roast each batch of coffee. On location, we carefully roast each batch of coffee on a drum roaster, hence the “Drum” in Quadrum.

Throughout the pandemic the sense of community that makes this area so great has been really struggling. Over the past couple of years we took a step back and wanted to figure out something that would bring the community back together and promote that sense of belonging again. We realized that one simple thing that represented unity and conversation was our coffee time in the mornings. We love bringing people together and hope our coffee and our passion will portray that."
