This year's event is packed full of components to provide full for the whole family including the Great Garden Games, Rock Your Voice youth & teen singing competition, eating contests, remote control car races, farmer's market & craft show, vegetable bingo, kids activities, a vegetable dance party, fireworks, and lots of delicious food!

The Rock Your Voice teen & youth singing competition is back!Teens ages 13-19 and Youth 5-12 are invited to compete for $750 in prizes!

Great Garden Games

- Run around our obstacle course without dropping your Cherry Tomato!

The schedule for the day will be:
- 3 pm - Team Competition for the Great Garden Games Lettuce Trophy
- 4 pm - Individual Competition for the Great Garden Games individual bests (limited to 2 attempts per individual per category)
- 5 pm- 7pm - Open play begins

RC Car Races

Who's ready for some fun competition?! Bring your remote control car at Hudsonville's Salad Bowl Bash on Saturday, August 8 from 2p-5p. The races will be located at Farmer's Coop, 3302 Prospect Street in Hudsonville. Age brackets run from 6yr to 10yr and 11yr to 17yr. All 18yr and older will race in the adult league.
We will see you on the track!

The winner of each age bracket gets a prize!
Remote Control Car Rules:
1. Please stay off track at all times.
2. Volunteers will flip over your car and/or put it back on the track.
3. Only electric cars. Any voltage allowed.
- 2p-3p: 6yr to 10yr
- 3p-4p: 11yr to 17yr
- 4p-5p: Adults

Join us at 4:30pm to be part of our Saladbowl Bash dance party. Dress in your best vegetable costume, plant yourself in front of the main stage, and wait for the vegetable party to begin!
