Urban HayDay

Todd Wenzel sponsors a day filled with cider, donuts, hayrides, pony rides, and so much more! You can even see a pumpkin explode from the top of a firetruck! Stop by downtown Hudsonville on Saturday, October 11th for a fun day with your entire family. Visit the Urban HayDay website here.

Booth Information - Registration Opens this Summer

  • You will be provided a 10x10 booth space on pavement. An exact map of your location will be provided closer to the event.
  • Table, chairs, tent are not provided. A tent is not required but is recommended as there is limited shade downtown and in case of slight rain.
  • You must provide a free kids activity at your booth. You also must communicate this activity with the event coordinator prior to the event to ensure there are no duplicates.
    • Please bring enough prizes and games for 800-1,000 attendees.
    • We recommend a minimum of 2 helpers at your booth. You will likely have a line for your activity.
  • There is no access to water or electricity at your booth.
  • You are not permitted to sell items at your booth.


Cancellation and Refund Policy:


To be eligible for a refund, your cancellation request must be submitted to the event coordinator 10 business days prior to the event. The planning team and event coordinator reserve the right to allow or deny your application.

Should the event be canceled due to the weather, no refunds will be issued and there will be no rescheduling of the event. Any announcements that the event is canceled will be made day of by email. By registering for this event, you agree to the rules and refund policy listed on this document.
