As a Hudsonville Small Business we are committed to helping people in Hudsonville change their body, so they can take back the pen and rewrite their story, we understand the hardships on small business and on health in general in the last 2+ years, and want to help this by giving back to the community

We wanted to do what we do best- which is to help small businesses in Hudsonville transform from the inside out by helping teams of employees create a 30-day catalyst through our Small Business Fitness Transformation Challenge where you will have access to our group training metabolic sessions, a nutrition framework to help you succeed, In-body measurements to start and finish the challenge, and much more (see details below)

All of this is at NO COST and if you or your business love the results, maybe you’ll choose to stay like many of the people do that try us out do.  Please have the owner/manager of the business apply as we will contact them for information on how many people to register on the team

Here’s What You’ll Get As Part Of The Hudsonville Small Business Fitness Transformation Challenge:

• Challenge and Nutrition Kick Off Seminar where we will break down the framework, strategies and simple application of nutrition for your success during the challenge
• Access to the My PT Hub App where you can track your macros and meals and will get recommendations and recipes sent to you
• 30-day Access to all of our Group Training sessions throughout the week (There are 32 different Group Training sessions throughout the week)
• 2 In-Body measurements (one before and one after)
