If you've ever had a loved one in their care, you know that Sheldon Meadows Assisted Living is known for their delicious home cooked food.  Chef Dee will be joining us and walking us through a couple of simple, healthy meals that we can all prepare without a culinary degree and without spending our whole night in the kitchen!
